The new STRATIS Mobile App offers a seamless mobile access solution for Residents, Staff, Visitors, and Vendors. This app allows users to conveniently use mobile passes for various electronic access points such as elevators, parking garages, common areas, amenity areas, and apartment units. Additionally, users have the ability to remotely control their smart devices in their units, submit service requests, request access for visitors, and more!

We strive to make smart apartment living easier. Residents with accounts will immediately gain access to all devices and access points they have permissions for. When a Resident moves off the property, their access to the unit is revoked and the devices revert back to property management control. With our property-wide networks for device connectivity and our SOC 2 Type 2 audited security focus, Residents and Staff users can have peace of mind knowing that their devices, data, and units are safe and secure.
